I am licensed in Illinois with 17 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.

My therapy style is supportive yet focused on empowering those I work with. I believe in helping others realize their strengths and how they can utilize those strengths to make positive changes and reach their full potential. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
