About

I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania with 11 years of experience. The majority of my work has been with clients aged 17-45, but I am excited to work with adults of all ages. I work mostly with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship matters, family issues. transitions and everyday life concerns. For those who are interested, I also enjoy helping clients to make changes to their sleeping and self-care habits as these changes can vastly improve mental health and well-being.

I use an Integrative approach to therapy and utilize a variety of approaches including Adlerian, Solution focused, Cognitive, CBT and Mindfulness. I believe that it can also be important to look at family of origin issues in order to gain insight into present day concerns. Change is a process that takes time and I enjoy celebrating the small victories with my clients along the way. I see therapy as a collaborative process, and the client is always the expert on their own life and experiences. Every client is unique, and I tailor my approach to each individual depending on their specific concerns and goals.
