Well Hey!
My name is Mindy Miles. I have a Masters in Community Counseling and my LPC in the state of Oklahoma. I've been working in a therapeutic setting since I graduated college in 2003. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and various adjustment issues (to name a few). I love working with teens/adolescents and adults.

My therapeutic approach is pretty laid back and, dare I say, fun. I'm a humorous person and like finding the good in the everyday. I'm also sarcastic and can be blunt at times, but always with respect and love. I like to consider my clients the experts of their lives. I'm here to walk with you through whatever challenges you may be facing. I would love to help guide you through dark times and celebrate your successes.
