My name is Melinda Constanza and I provide Spanish/English teletherapy to clients of all ages including children and adults. Teletherapy has been proven to be just as effective as in-person and at times progress can be made quicker as it eliminates the stressor of going to the office. Therapy can be intimidating which is why I strive to create a safe place where my clients can feel free to be themselves. I want to empower my clients to get through all seasons of life. Change in a career or a new school, life transitions, family difficulties, or simply dealing with everyday stressors can cause life to feel overwhelming for all of us. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength and can be very liberating. I see my role as a counselor as a guide through life.
