Thank you for viewing my page and for considering me as your mental health provider. It takes courage to seek help during difficult times. My name is Melica Wiley, and I am a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist (LCMFT). I have had the honor of working with diverse individuals, couples, and families over the last ten years. Clients have described me as warm, open, direct, and respectful.

I genuinely enjoy therapy and working with clients to meet their therapeutic goals. I have a keen interest in working with clients who may struggle with: depression, anxiety, couple/relational problems, military culture (deployment/transition), stress management, emotion awareness and regulation, and posttraumatic stress disorder (combat trauma, sexual trauma).

The treatment modalities I typically use in a session are acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and various research-based treatments for couples and families.

All in all, I view myself as a client-centered therapist. This means I truly focus on meeting my clients where they are emotionally and help them reach their desired goals. I look forward to working with you.
