I work with folks who have anxiety, stress, grief or loss and trauma. I also work with individuals through life's transitions. The effects of trauma can lead to ineffective coping strategies, such as various addictions. I have worked with families of the chronically mentally ill. My goal is to help clients identify their strengths and find better ways of coping. Self care is very important in our high stress world. Being mindful without judging yourself and learning good self care are starting points for mental wellness. I enjoy helping others.
