Hi! My name is Melanie Castillo; I have been a licensed therapist since 2009. I have a wealth of experience helping clients get the results they want and need. I enjoy incorporating solution focus, cognitive behavior therapy, humor, and real-life anecdotes to help you get through difficult times. My specialties are addiction, both in treating the addict and family and friends who support the addict; codependency issues, all relationship issues, depression, and anxiety are what I consider to be my specialties. I have been a big supporter of the LGBTQ+ community and the challenges that this community endure. I am happy to talk to you for a 15 min consult to see if we are a good therapeutic fit.
