I am a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of clinical experience in mental health, as well as in operation of my own private practice. I have dedicated my career to the treatment of depression, anxiety and trauma. I am currently a Certified TeleMental Health Practitioner with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Activation, Solution Focused Therapy as well as Trauma Focused Therapy. I also incorporate wholistic approaches to include mindfulness, meditation as well as faith based/spiritual approaches.
My therapy style if first and foremost built on a relationship of trust, acceptance and compassion. I believe we are all on a life journey filled with, at times, joy and peace but also at times uncertainty, pain and unsettledness. We all strive for healing, balance and inner peace.
