Melanie has experience working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families, with a variety of needs and diagnoses; particularly adults who struggle with anxiety and depression, life transitions and their impact on identity, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. She also has experience working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect. What is your approach to therapy? Melanie offers a warm and nonjudgmental space for individuals to reach their highest potential. She believes there’s an empowering therapeutic alliance that can be built through storytelling and reflective listening. Every person's voice matters!
