I am licensed in Arkansas with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I am trained in cognitive behavior therapy, cognitive processing therapy and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
