Hello and welcome! Whatever reason you have come to this page I hope you find the peace you are looking for. I am a licensed therapist in the state of Arizona. I am compassionate, authentic and empathetic in my practice. I utilize a person centered approach, meeting you where you are without judgment or expectations. I will join with you to explore ways to improve your overall wellness. I will encourage you to explore new ways of thinking and acting but acknowledge that change is difficult. I respond with compassion and understanding while also challenging you to expand your comfort zone so you can find the answers and peace you are searching for.
I have worked in the behavioral/mental health field for nineteen years in various capacities. I have experience working with adults, adults and youth with serious mental illnesses, children and families. I also have extensive experience in parenting education and early childhood development.
I prefer sessions to be by video or phone and messaging to be only in cases in which these options do not function.
