I enjoy helping women develop healthy self-esteem and begin to see the value that they add to the world. Helping individuals uncover their authentic selves is my passion! Exercise, nutrition, sleep & social connection are all important aspects of being a healthy individual. This includes being healthy physically, mentally, emotionally, socially & relationally.

During my career I've worked in hospitals with new moms and their babies, schools working with students and their families, psychiatric clinics, taught undergraduate psychology classes and corporate settings teaching executives the benefits of brain health through mindfulness practices.
