I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with a variety of concerns, including, but not limited to, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, grief/loss, and adjustment disorders. I work with adults ages 18 and older, couples, families, and geriatric populations.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and a Solution-Focused Approach. I am dedicated to supporting individuals through a holistic and strengths-based approach.
