My approach is active and incorporates cognitive behavioral and interpersonal techniques as well as mindfulness. I am experienced and trained in working with individuals struggling with stress, life-transitions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, issues related to gender and sexual identity, and helping develop strategies to more effectively manage anger and feelings of self-doubt that can manifest as imposter syndrome, among many other important issues that are helpful to talk about in therapy.
