Hello and welcome! I am so glad you have decided to seek help during this period in your life, as I see counseling as a great opportunity to learn more about yourself and how to make even the smallest of changes in your life.

I have been licensed in California for over 6 years, but have over 10 years of clinical experience working in a variety of different settings and populations. I have had a vast amount of experience working with such topics as depression, anxiety, substance use, parenting skills, family conflicts, and anger management. I utilize cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy interventions and skills to teach clients the necessary tools to succeed. However; I am flexible and adapt to my client's needs, finding interventions that are the most helpful. My counseling style is warm, sensitive, and I feel it is important to make sure you feel heard and validated in your feelings. I want you to feel comfortable being as open and honest as you can be.
