Greetings! My name is Meghan and I'm Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon with over 15 years of clinical social work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, family conflict & coping with life changes. I believe every individual is innately whole, wise and has many strengths that assist in navigating life's challenges. Taking the first step in seeking a more fulfilling life takes courage and it is an honor to support you in that process. In working with clients, I draw from several approaches including; strengths based approaches, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative, DBT and mindfulness-based CBT. All my work is conducted within a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens. I enjoy working with people who are curious and motivated to engage in this work together.
