I am a licensed clinical therapist and social worker in Kansas and Missouri. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, grief, loss, low self-esteem, relationship issues, divorce, co-parenting, blended families, low socioeconomic status, LGTBQ, diabetes, chronic pain, cancer, end stage renal disease and HIV/AIDs. My counseling style is empathetic, warm and non-judgmental.

My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing counseling. I will tailor the treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I want to help you heal, move forward and reach your goals. I believe everyone has the right to a therapist that is a good fit.
