Hi, I'm Meghan. **Please note: At this time, I am offering short-term therapy through December 2023. This would make me a good fit for clients who are seeking short-term therapy, and/or who are open to beginning with a new therapist in a few months.** Do you feel overwhelmed with your career or personal life? I empower clients to manage anxiety and work through career, relationship, and life transitions or concerns. Together, we work to identify what's holding you back and get you back to a better place. I use a client-centered approach to target what feels most important to you and meet you where you're at each session. I also integrate coping strategies, calming techniques, and healthy habit-building into our sessions. Whether you're dealing with stress, relationship/peer issues, or life and career concerns, I'm here to help. I strive to provide a safe space to process, heal, and grow.
