Hi there! Starting therapy can be an intimidating process, but I hope I can help make it as positive and collaborative as possible. As a therapist I specialize in treating anxiety disorders (social anxiety, panic attacks, phobias), OCD and related disorders, Depression, and Trauma (PTSD). I use creative and evidence-based strategies to aid clients in gaining insight into their thinking and actions and making adjustments to live more authentic, connected, and fulfilled lives. I specialize in evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD/ trauma, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is a specialized form therapy for OCD. My goal is to help you overcome challenges, change behaviors, and help you live your best life. I revieved my Bachelor's in Psychology from New College of Florida and continued on to receive my master's in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from UCF in Florida. Outside of being a therapist, I love dancing bachata, tea, and spicy food.
