My main practices trauma treatment, CBT, CBT for Insomnia, mindfulness and meditation, adolescent work, post partum mental health disorders. I am also trained in play therapy, radical exposure therapy and nutritional psychology. I enjoy my work and helping people feel connected, insightful into their own life and look at new opportunities for growth and change. A bit about my approach to therapy Holistic, person centered, solution focused, engaging and warm. I start with where the client is, using a post modern theory to work on bio-psycho-social evaluation. My approach to therapy includes whole body and mind treatment including nutrition, sleep, exercise, connection to others, relationships, purpose and goals.
