Hello,

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Colorado and Connecticut. I have been working in the behavioral health field since 1999 when i graduated with my bachelors in Psychology from Western Connecticut State University. I then had an opportunity to attend Southern Connecticut State University and received my Master in Family Therapy in 2007 and became licensed in 2009. I have experience working with adults in a hospital setting as well in my previous private practice in CT. While in my practice i also had the opportunity to work with families and couples, working on a range of issues such as loss, anxiety, trauma, crisis and attachment issues.

I am a person centered therapist and believe that the best approach to therapy is to build a feeling of trust. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which is a trauma centered approach to therapy.

I would be honored to have the opportunity to meet and possibly work with you and talk more about if you feel that i am the therapist you feel most comfortable talking with.
