Life will often leave us feeling scared, anxious, sad, uncertain or worried. These feelings can get in the way of LIVING! All of us have the ability to learn and grow as we are faced with life’s challenges. You deserve to live your best life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Louisiana. I am caring, non judgmental, empathetic and warm. I have successfully worked with people from birth through death for over 15 years. My work includes working with all ages of adults, teens and school aged children in regular and special education. Many of my clients face a host of other challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues and much more.

Gaining rapport and empowering my clients is not only a passion but a gift to me. My life experience has trained me along with my education. I believe strongly in the mind/body/spirit connection and know that you can be free from any pain you may have by aligning the three. I am able to provide you with a variety of skills and techniques to influence your journey towards peace, health and self love.
Connecting with the right therapist can be daunting but you are worth it and I hope I can be a fit for you.

At a minimum, please disclose if you have any diagnosed medical and or mental illness and what medications you take. Please note that I do NOT practice online theory with clients who are at high risk for suicide. I find that the safety concerns are significant. If this pertains to you, a comprehensive psychosocial history as well as safety planning must be committed to in order to be considered. This is granted on a case by case basis.
