About
Hello! My name is Meghan Baldridge. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). I graduated from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, IL with a Master's degree in Social Work in 2010. I am originally from Illinois and I now live in Iowa with my husband and our two children. I have worked in nonprofit agencies as an outpatient therapist with many different clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have had the opportunity to interact with individuals struggling with trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, family conflict, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and stress management, I am trained and have experience in utilizing CBT, DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy. I emphasize a client-centered approach, as I genuinely believe each person deserves empathy, acceptance, and respect in order to be empowered to reach therapy goals. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile! I look forward to meeting you!
