Megan Yee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specialized in Employee Assistance Programs, my experience is grounded in providing counseling, coaching and HR consulting to Fortune 500 companies in the New York/tri-state area. I have helped clients across a variety of industries and leadership positions achieve concrete results to improve workplace performance, strengthen professional and interpersonal skills, and achieve optimal well-being in all aspects of their lives. My clients range from young adults just beginning their professional journey, to seasoned professionals navigating pivotal points in their careers. As a clinician and coach, I utilize a collaborative approach and various evidence-based treatment modalities, tailoring my work with clients to meet their unique needs. Particular areas of focus include stress management, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, loss/bereavement, adjustment/life transitions, anger management, and substance abuse education. Meeting you where you are, I provide a supportive and strengths-based environment to help you succeed. I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, with concentrations in clinical practice and business. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Smith College.
