I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor practicing in Southern New Hampshire for the last 7 years, with experience in the community mental health environment as well as private practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, significant life events and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced trauma and/or abuse.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion; I treat the person not the diagnosis. My approach combines person-centered talk therapy, internal family systems, and mindfulness-based practices.
