Hello!
My name is Megan Beard. I am a licensed counselor in the state of Arkansas. I have been practicing for over 10 years, and I have experience working in both agency and private practice settings. I use a Person-Centered approach with my clients, along with interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My expertise is working with clients who have issues with depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting, and anger.

I believe that clients should be in charge of their own healing process, and so I let them take the lead. I provide guidance as we go on a journey to help them reach their goals and discover their fullest potential.
