Hi there, I'm Megan! I’m Megan Johnson, LMFT. With over a decade of clinical experience, I enjoy working with my clients to provide a compassionate and safe place for them to make positive changes in their lives. My approach Cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused. My focus I work with clients struggling with anxiety, mood, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. My communication style I am compassionate, warm, and empathetic. I offer a non-judgemental space to help clients feel safe to be honest about their struggles. My journey to therapy I decided I wanted to become a therapist after attending (and benefiting a lot from) therapy myself in my early 20s. I love helping people to be honest, to not feel alone in their struggles and to heal. My goals for you I collaborate with clients to establish their own treatment goals in the first couple of sessions, then check in on progress towards goals periodically.
