About

As a Health Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor, I view mental health as an essential part of total health. My hope is to provide my clients a comfortable place to process their challenges and tools to reduce their distress. My work often consists of helping clients identify existing strengths and cultivating new ones. Even more importantly, I strive to help my clients rediscover peace and joy, self-compassion, and learn strategies to maintain these. My specialty areas include treating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and the mental health impacts of living with chronic health conditions.
