About

I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified clinical trauma professional. I have experience in using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and psychotherapy. I like to teach my client mindfulness based coping tools that they can use to reduce their anxiety and PTSD symptoms. I feel that therapy is a partnership between the client and therapist on the journey to healing for the client.
