I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner in Nebraska, Iowa and Colorado. I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, physical and emotional trauma and more. I have experience with children, adolescents and adults. I have worked with adults who are incarcerated, as well as those who are in an active crisis. I believe in treating all with respect, dignity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing and dialectical behavioral therapy.
