I am a psychotherapist licensed in Wisconsin with over five years of experience working in the counseling field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, personality disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, autism and trauma.

My therapy style is comfy cozy. I work collaboratively and compassionately. My approach combines dialectical-behavioral, humanistic, existential, psychodynamic and somatic therapy. How our sessions look will depend on who you are and how you like to spend your time.
