I am a Holistic Therapist who practices an eclectic, person centered style, pulling from several different modalities. I am a trained EMDR practitioner, but I also utilize Mindfulness, Narrative therapy, CBT, and Play therapy. I work with clients aged 6 to 65. I have extensive experience working with trauma.

I will hold space for you to get to know yourself on a deeper level and take the steps towards the future you want.
