Hello and welcome! My name is Megan and I'm a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I am a firm believer that EVERYONE can benefit from therapy, and I am thrilled to see online platforms like Find A Therapist make therapy more accessible for a wide range of people.

My clinical experience covers developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), Depression, and Anxiety. I have worked with adolescents, transition aged adults, and older adults on work readiness skills, emotion regulation, decision making, and crisis management, among other areas of need. I utilize a person-centered approach to therapy, where I emphasize active empathetic listening and encourage you to speak your mind without fear of judgement. I also incorporate mindfulness techniques pulled from Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, which is typically used as a group-intervention program. Of course every person is unique and I will tailor all sessions to best fit my client's needs.
