My outlook on therapy is based on the principle that we as humans are always changing and growing. Throughout life, we all face obstacles or challenges that we must work through in order to reach our optimal self. My goal through therapy is to process current and past experiences in order to grow and identify how they impact the present and future. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have experience in various levels of care including outpatient, in-school, and partial hospitalization. I received my degrees in Developmental and Family Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I am currently also pursuing my PhD in counselor education.
