My therapy approach is client-centered and I believe the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic alliance between client and therapist. I have experience in trauma-focused, attachment based, and cognitive behavioral models, and my framework is largely influenced by Internal Family Systems.

I hope to support my clients in deepening their relationship with themselves and assist them in developing integrative ways of living to balance life’s challenges. Let's connect and go from there.
