Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado and Oklahoma with 8 years of professional therapy experience with adults and youth. I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years as well. My hope is to create an open and safe environment where your thoughts and feelings can be shared and valued. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse (PTSD).

I have a more laid-back and positive personality type. I enjoy working with clients and getting to hear their thoughts, feelings, and stories. I am a warm person and I respect where you come from and what brings you here today.
