About

I am a licensed mental health counselor located in Wisconsin with close to 10 years of experience working with adults, families, and children. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stage of life problems, parenting challenges, career changes and ADHD. I also have experience working with people who have experienced physical and emotional abuse and trauma.

My approach to counseling is warm and accepting. I am here to help you feel stronger, more empowered, and more capable in order to live a healthier and more joy filled life. I believe the success in this comes from us building a strong trusting relationship and approaching all issues from a compassionate and nonjudgemental stance. Every person deserves respect, sensitivity and to be heard, and I work to give those things in the utmost to all of the people I support. I combine multiple theoretical approaches when working together including CBT, psychodynamic, interpersonal, humanistic and DBT.

Life often moves in directions we don't expect, and it takes strength and courage to seek help. I am here to support you through this process and journey, whenever you are ready.
