My 9 years of experience in community mental health, substance use treatment, and private practice has given me the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds. By doing my own work with therapists, I have learned the value that the therapeutic relationship provides. I believe that therapy should be a part of everyones self-care routine.
