Hi! If you're feeling nervous about starting therapy, I get it. I’ve been there. People come to me when they are going through a life transition, are having a hard time coping with a relationship conflict, or generally feel stuck. Couples come when they are tired of the same conflict without resolution or need a space to be heard. Couples preparing to take the next step in their relationship (moving in, getting engaged, married, etc.) come to strengthen the foundation of their relationship. In therapy, I have an empathetic, collaborative, and creative approach. We value your strengths and create a safe space to explore tough topics. I can promise that we will find humor and laughter along the way, because there’s a place for joy while you heal. I am here to help you find the support that you need. If you're ready, I look forward to meeting with you! **Please note that I do not accept insurance or medicaid at this time. I do however, accept HSA or FSA cards as a form of payment. My fees are $140 for individual therapy sessions, and $150 for couples or families.
