An estimated 5 million women in the United States have been diagnosed with PCOS. Typically, by the time a person receives the diagnosis, they have dealt with symptoms for years that can create depression, body image issues, disordered eating or eating disorder symptoms, anxiety, medical trauma, relationship struggles, grief (specifically with fertility issues), and low self-esteem. Being validated with a diagnosis can be a light at the end of a long tunnel, but then what? Here, you will find support, encouragement, validation, and best of all, direction. I specialize in body image, eating disorders and disordered eating, body dysmorphic disorder, intuitive eating support, and repairing relationships with food and body image. I have years of experience at the highest levels of care in addressing these disorders. I also specialize in PCOS management and support. We will learn skills to keep symptoms managed.
