About

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 10 years experience working with individuals, couples, families and adolescents. After spending several years in the entertainment business, I finally began paying attention to the yearning in my heart to learn to be a therapist. Since completing my studies, I have worked in a medical setting, private practice and as a school counselor for middle and high school students. I am so honored to meet my clients exactly where they are in their journey and help them to create meaning in their lives.

My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy but first and foremost, my goal in working with you is to validate who you are and how you feel, being curious about what it's like to be you.

Taking care of yourself and acknowledging when you are not ok takes courage. I admire you for asking for help and I would love to support you in your path!
