I have been a social worker for 15 years and have worked with multiple diverse populations in non profit settings, medical and behavioral health hospitals and private clinics. Life can be overwhelming so I utilize a holistic approach to view many aspects of life and how they can impact our wellbeing. I believe in breaking down tasks with small and attainable goals to identify and treat any underlying issues.
