Hi there! My name is Megan Tritschler, MA, LPCC. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio. I am also in the process of becoming a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) which helps me to better understand early childhood development and assist with parenting challenges from a holistic lens. I have experience working with anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem concerns, life changes, behavioral and/or emotional concerns, attention difficulties, current and/or past trauma, and more. I have been a therapist for over 3 years and have worked with individuals ranging from early childhood to adulthood in a variety of different settings.

One of my primary goals with each client is to establish trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship and environment. I believe in the importance of allowing each client to have choices as well as a voice in their own treatment. I utilize an integrative approach by focusing on the clients’ strengths, needs, and interests. I primarily utilize Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness.

I am here to work with you to feel supported and better equipped in life. We all face similar as well as different challenges in life. Through connection and learning new skills, we can face these challenges effectively.
