When we experience difficult times in our lives, it is not uncommon for us to feel like our lives are unraveling. My passion is bringing a helping hand to individuals during this time who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, & relationship problems. Each of us thrive to reach our highest potential, but we all face barriers that can limit us from achieving this. Together we will overcome those barriers and help you create a meaningful and fulfilling life.

I received my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University. I received training in Dr. Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, which helps couples move away from negative communication patterns and learn to be emotionally available, empathic and engaged with each other, strengthening the attachment bond between them.

In addition to working with couples, I work with young children, adolescents, individuals and families face-to-face and via telehealth. I am also trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I'm excited to work with you and your family towards finding greater serenity, strength, love and respect in your self and your relationships.
