So you're in the market for a therapist! This is a big step that you have taken! It is difficult for us humans to acknowledge that we could use a little support on this journey through life. To admit that contrary to social media, we don't have it "all together". In a world where depression and anxiety are present at alarming rates, seeking therapy is the first step to a healthier you.

I am a social worker (by trade) who has always viewed life from many angles. Because of my background, I have a unique perspective on life's challenges. I have experience working with teenagers, young adults, adults, seniors and the veteran population. It is my passion to help others in uncovering their truth, creating boundaries, processing trauma to live an intentional, purposeful and fulfilling life.

Life has a way of coming at you fast. On a daily basis you are required to juggle responsibilities such as work, family and school all while trying to pursue happiness and self-fulfillment. In my therapy practice, I focus on supporting clients in processing the beauty and challenges that come with every stage of life.
