Hi, I'm Meaghan (they/them). I'm a queer, nonbinary therapist living and working in Chicago. When you live with anxious feelings, worries, and fears, every day can feel overwhelming. Even the things you love can feel stressful. When you don't feel supported at school, work, or home, it can be challenging to feel confident, proud, and fulfilled. I support teens and adults with the goal to build confidence in their identities, manage interpersonal relationships, and make difficult decisions. I specialize in supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and parents of youth that exhibit challenging behaviors. I look forward to working together with you!
