Hi! I am Meaghan Bourque and I am a Licensed professional counselor licensed in Alabama with over 6 years of experience working as a Substance abuse and inpatient/ Outpatient psychiatric center clinician. I have worked with clients with various concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues, Issues related to incarceration/re-entry, as well as Serious mental illnesses including Bi-polar, MDD and Schizophrenia. I also helped many people who haveexperienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is client centered and interactive. I believe in exploring your strengths to help with overcoming struggles. I treat all clients with respect, dignity, and compassion, and seek to empower and uplift my clients. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, DBT, Client-centered, and solution focused counseling. I work with an individualized and collaborative approach that will focus on your needs and desired goals.
