About

I am a therapist who has been working with individuals and families for over 20 years. I enjoy working with people of all ages. I have experience working with children and parents on family/parenting relationship struggles. I also have experience working with individuals with a history of trauma. I am very familiar and comfortable working with individuals who struggle with anxiety and depression, bi-polar disorder, borderline personality disorder, ADHD and relationship problems.

My process in therapy is different for everyone. I am very firm in the belief that my patient should feel safe in communicating with me. I always want people to know that things will get better, and that there is hope. If you are coming to me, then we are going to address what you want to address. I am here to serve you to the best of my ability.
