Feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or like you are the only person feeling this way can make you feel alone in the world – but you are not. These are common feelings that many of us, including myself, experience. After what we’ve all been through in the past few years, it’s not surprising that so many of us are feeling alone. I would love to meet with you and become a friendly face in your journey toward healing. I want to be a source of support, safety, and collaboration for my clients. I hope to build strong, therapeutic bonds that will help you feel safe and comfortable by welcoming clients from all walks of life and striving to be inclusive and respectful of all lifestyles and cultures. In my experience, I have found there are three things we all want from life: connection, respect, and encouragement. I strive to fulfill these needs for my clients in every appointment to help each person reach their full potential.
