About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 2.5years of clinical experience as a counselor and case manager. My primary focus is with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, cancer, grief and loss, end of life/bereavement, geriatric care, and relationship concerns.

My counseling style is accepting, non-judgmental, and interactive. I enjoy building a therapeutic relationship with my clients, and allowing them to build the tools they need in order to continue to advocate for themselves. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, emotionally focused, and solution focused counseling. I will listen to you and your needs, and we will work together, with you as an active participant, in making positive life changes.

I know that reaching out for help is not always easy, and takes courage to take those first steps. I will respect your boundaries and listen to your needs in order to help you make the changes needed for a happy and healthy life!
